Will is advised by a group of entrepreneurs and executives who have bought and successfully operated companies in many industries. Together, Continuity Capital has the experience and capital to buy businesses of all types.
Professional Background
Will’s career began at JP Morgan Asset Management, where he worked as an investment analyst in the firm’s high yield corporate credit group and earned his CFA designation (Charted Financial Analyst). Will was a generalist and conducted fundamental analysis on 250+ businesses across a wide range of industries including building materials, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare. Will is experienced at evaluating businesses, identifying levers for improvement, and learning complex concepts at a quick pace.
Personal Background
Will left his corporate career to pursue entrepreneurship for the opportunity for higher impact in his community and accelerated personal and professional growth. Will was born and raised in Versailles, KY, and his wife, Sydney, was born and raised in Louisville, KY. They both attended the University of Kentucky and are excited to be back in the Bluegrass. Outside of work, Will is passionate about his faith, family, friends, fitness, and traveling.
